Dave Tucker

Dave Tucker

Owner

Dave began working in the construction industry over 40 years ago. As a teen Dave worked part time in the summers as both a framing laborer and a roofer. During this time Dave felt like the homebuilding industry was his future. After Military service in the US Army and attending the University of Maryland, Dave pursued a career in the building material industry excelling in both sales and management, but this never quenched his desire to one day build homes. In 1999 Dave built his first home and went on to form D&D Homes, LLC in 2003. Since its inception, D&D Homes, LLC has built many new homes in West Tennessee and in Eastern Arkansas.

Alisha McKee

Alisha McKee

Office Manager

Alisha began working full-time right out of high school while attending college. With a strong work-ethic and a desire to succeed, she graduated from Colorado Technical University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Throughout the years she has gained experience in Customer Service, Sales, Bookkeeping and Design within various industries.

Alisha was born and raised in Tipton County, but found her soulmate, Russell, up the road in Millington, TN. Together they have a young daughter and “rescue” dog that fill their lives with much excitement. Being married to a Residential Design Draftsman, in their spare time, you can find Alisha and Russell constantly discussing architecture and design.

“There is never a stupid question. If you don’t know, you can’t begin to know until you ask a question,” is Alisha’s motivation in the workplace. Being a child that was always EXTREMELY shy and never wanted to feel stupid around her peers, she often failed to ask questions. She once had a boss that encouraged her to ask questions and made her feel empowered when she did. She now tries to do the same with her coworkers and clients. Encouraging the clients to reach out with questions helps to alleviate the stress of the unknown during the building process.
