Dave Tucker

Dave Tucker

Owner

Dave began working in the construction industry over 40 years ago. As a teen Dave worked part time in the summers as both a framing laborer and a roofer. During this time Dave felt like the homebuilding industry was his future. After Military service in the US Army and attending the University of Maryland, Dave pursued a career in the building material industry excelling in both sales and management, but this never quenched his desire to one day build homes. In 1999 Dave built his first home and went on to form D&D Homes, LLC in 2003. Since its inception, D&D Homes, LLC has built many new homes in West Tennessee and in Eastern Arkansas.

Chaslyn Jones

Chaslyn Jones

Assistant CAD Drafter

Chaslyn Graduated high school in 2016, earned her Associates in Business Entrepreneurship in 2018 from Liberty University, and an Associates of Arts in Songwriting from Berklee College of Music in 2020. She then decided to take a more practical route and went back to school for Interior Design and received her Diploma of Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute in 2021.

Chaslyn was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. When she was seven, she was adopted by her Grandparents. She never knew her biological parents until she was 18, which was the reason she moved to Atoka, Tennessee in May 2020, so she could get to know her Mother and Stepfather.

In her free time, Chaslyn love’s listening to and writing music. Chaslyn is a very creative person and loves trying new things. “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” – Albert Einstein. This quote inspires Chaslyn to be aware of every situation and how to address personal and work-related problems. One can’t expect to get different results if one keeps making the same choices.

Since she was a kid, Chaslyn drew blueprints/floor plans of her dream homes but didn’t know it was a career she could take, so she decided to go to college for it and fell in love. Working for D&D Homes has helped her learn and grow so quickly with real world experience and Chaslyn can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!
