When you build with D&D Homes, you will be assigned your own personal builder who will meet with you to explain our building procedures and provide you with a construction schedule. You will also be able to download the D&D Homes app on your smartphone where you can monitor the progress and keep up with the project at your convenience. You and your builder will have several scheduled meetings at the jobsite to review the progress or address any concerns you may have. Once your home is completed and you have moved in you will still have the app to report any warranty items that may need to be addressed
