The Ashton (pictures)
The Ashton Plan, with approx. 2381 sf, and a 4 BR, 3BA Split BR floor plan with an expandable bonus room area (248 sf) is a great family plan. The Ashton features an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. From the vaulted Great room, the vaulted Hearth room with a gas fireplace and the covered back porch, the Ashton Plan is a favorite with many of our customers.
The Mansfield Plan, with approx. 1824 sf, features a 3 BR, 2BA Split BR floor plan in a one story home. The Mansfield features an upstairs expandable area of approx. 333 sf which includes a full bathroom capability. This open floor plan also includes a vaulted Great room with a gas fireplace and a covered back porch.
The Stonewall (pictures)
The Stonewall plan, with approx. 2008 sf, features a 3 BR, 2BA Split BR floor plan in a one story home.
